We don't chase coverage. But when journalists, podcasts, and publications cover the work, it helps the right people find us. Here's some of it.
"The model is disarmingly simple. No insurance. No diagnosis. No waitlist. Someone in crisis today can start an intake, open a chat, and be connected to a care navigator within 24 hours — all without giving their name. What's striking isn't just that it works. It's that it works at scale."Read the full article →
Coverage from publications, podcasts, and newsletters covering mental health, nonprofit work, and health equity.
"Anonymity isn't a bug in this model — it's the feature. The people most at risk are often those least willing to put their name on a form."
Read article"47,000 intakes and a team of fewer than 20 full-time staff. The leverage comes from the volunteer network — and from not building things they don't need."
Read article"988 is essential but it's a moment, not a pathway. What happens after the call? This organisation is trying to answer that question."
Read article"The organisations making the most progress share one thing: they stopped waiting for the system to fix itself and built around it."
Read article"Publishing an 87/9/4 expense split is a statement of intent. It says: we believe you deserve to know."
Read article"What struck me most was how much they've built without adding friction for the person asking for help. The design is almost invisible."

We don't connect press to people who use our services. Our care navigators are not available for interviews. What we can offer: our executive director, board members, and our medical advisor for background and comment.
The kit includes everything you need to cover our work accurately — logos, key statistics, organisation background, and staff bios.
A few things we ask, because we think they matter.
We will not connect you to service users. The people who use our services came to us because it was safe. That doesn't change because a story needs a quote. We can connect you to our leadership and advisory board members who speak on the record.
We ask that you verify statistics before publishing. The mental health space is full of misquoted data. We'll send you our source for any figure we give you, and we'll tell you when we're estimating rather than counting.
If your story might discourage someone from seeking help — please call us before you run it. We're not asking for editorial control. We're asking for a conversation. This is a sensitive space and the wrong framing can do real harm.
