We're a 501(c)(3) public charity. Our books are open. Here's what came in, what went out, and what it bought.
For every dollar that comes in, here's exactly where it goes. We think this is among the most important numbers we publish.
Care navigation, peer support, Ground Chat operations, crisis resource provision, affiliate network support, free downloadable resources, and volunteer training. Everything that directly touches people seeking help.
Technology infrastructure, secure data handling, office costs, legal and compliance, HR, and finance functions. The scaffolding that lets programs run reliably.
Donor communications, grant writing, and the cost of running the donor portal. Four cents to raise the next dollar that goes back into programs.
Illustrative figures for a production-scale implementation of this service model.
No single source makes up more than 55% of our income. We protect that diversity deliberately — it means no one donor, foundation, or sector can destabilise the work.
Our financial statements are audited annually by Marlowe & Reed CPAs, an independent auditing firm. The most recent audit covered the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025 and returned a clean, unqualified opinion — meaning our statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of the organisation.
No material weaknesses were identified. No conditions of concern were noted.

We hold ourselves to the same transparency standards we'd want from any organisation asking for our trust.
Our finance team answers questions about any line in our statements.
