What people are writing about us.

We don't chase coverage. But when journalists, podcasts, and publications cover the work, it helps the right people find us. Here's some of it.

In the news.

Coverage from publications, podcasts, and newsletters covering mental health, nonprofit work, and health equity.

The Case for Anonymous-First Mental Health Services

"Anonymity isn't a bug in this model — it's the feature. The people most at risk are often those least willing to put their name on a form."

We don't connect press to people who use our services. Our care navigators are not available for interviews. What we can offer: our executive director, board members, and our medical advisor for background and comment.

Media kit.

The kit includes everything you need to cover our work accurately — logos, key statistics, organisation background, and staff bios.

Organisation logos (SVG, PNG, dark and light)
Key statistics and programme data
Leadership bios and approved headshots
One-page org overview (PDF)
Approved usage guidelines

For journalists.

A few things we ask, because we think they matter.

We will not connect you to service users. The people who use our services came to us because it was safe. That doesn't change because a story needs a quote. We can connect you to our leadership and advisory board members who speak on the record.

We ask that you verify statistics before publishing. The mental health space is full of misquoted data. We'll send you our source for any figure we give you, and we'll tell you when we're estimating rather than counting.

If your story might discourage someone from seeking help — please call us before you run it. We're not asking for editorial control. We're asking for a conversation. This is a sensitive space and the wrong framing can do real harm.

Questions about any of this: press@example.com.
