Importantly: this information is stored only in your own browser's localStorage — it is never transmitted to any server, database, or third party. It exists only on your own device, in your own browser, and only until you clear it.
The sole purpose of collecting and storing form data in this demonstration is to show how the admin dashboard functionality works. When you submit the volunteer form on the homepage, for example, your submission appears in the admin dashboard at admin.html — demonstrating how a real operational system would surface incoming volunteer enquiries for staff review.
This is purely illustrative. The data is not reviewed by any real staff member, not acted upon in any way, and not retained beyond your browser session (unless you explicitly keep it in localStorage).
RG Consulting uses this demonstration to show potential nonprofit clients how an integrated website and operations system could work for their organisation. No personal data entered on this demo site is used for any other purpose.

This demonstration site does not set any cookies.
It uses browser localStorage in a limited way — specifically to store form submissions from the volunteer form, corporate partnership enquiry form, and contact form, so that they can be displayed in the admin dashboard demonstration. localStorage is a browser-side storage mechanism that stores data only on your own device and is not transmitted to any server.
It also uses sessionStorage to track whether the marketing modal on the homepage has been shown during your current browser session. This is cleared automatically when you close your browser tab.
You can clear all localStorage data at any time through your browser's developer tools or privacy settings. This will remove all demo form submissions from the admin dashboard display.
Because all data entered on this site is stored only in your own browser's localStorage, you have complete control over it at all times.
