What we collect

When you use this site or engage our services, we may collect the following information:

• Your name and email address, as provided through contact forms or engagement onboarding
• Business information you voluntarily provide — business name, revenue range, entity type
• Financial documents and records you share with us for accounting or tax preparation purposes

We do not collect payment card details directly. Payment processing, where applicable in a real engagement, is handled by a third-party payment processor subject to their own privacy terms.

How we use it

Information you provide is used for the following purposes only:

• To prepare your tax returns and financial statements
• To provide bookkeeping and advisory services as agreed in your engagement letter
• To communicate with you about your account, deadlines, and deliverables
• To comply with our legal obligations as licensed CPAs, including IRS Circular 230 requirements

We do not use your information for marketing purposes unless you've explicitly asked to receive communications from us.

How we protect it

We take the security of your financial information seriously:

• All data in transit is encrypted using industry-standard TLS encryption
• Data at rest is stored with encryption on secured, access-controlled systems
• Access to your records is limited to team members who work directly on your account
• All team members are bound by professional confidentiality obligations under IRS Circular 230 and applicable state CPA licensing standards

Third parties

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertising platforms, marketing tools, or data brokers.

We use a small number of software tools to deliver our services — accounting software, secure document sharing platforms, and tax preparation software. Each of these tools is governed by its own data processing agreement and privacy terms. We vet each tool for security practices before using it in client work.

We may disclose information as required by law — for example, in response to a valid IRS summons, court order, or professional peer review process. We will notify you of any such disclosure to the extent permitted by law.

Your rights

You may request any of the following at any time:

• Access to the data we hold about you
• Correction of any inaccurate information
• Deletion of your records, subject to any retention obligations imposed by law or professional standards
