In 2001 I left twelve years in the UK BPO industry to step into the same industry as it was beginning to emerge in the Philippines. It was a calculated bet. I saw the pattern. I knew what was coming. Twenty-five years later, this is home.

The life I have built here is not cheap. The Philippines is changing and so is the cost of living. What is different is how I live. Carefully. Deliberately. Not chasing things I do not need. I learned somewhere along the way that family and presence matter more than the next upgrade, and that perspective changed how I run my career.

That perspective also shapes how I price. I am a UK operator with thirty-five years across four continents. The standard of work is what you would expect from a senior consultant in any major city. But I am not running a London or New York operation, and I am not pricing as if I were. The price reflects how I have chosen to live, not what the work is worth. I share that with the founders I work with.
