When you complete the enquiry form, we collect the details you provide:
If you book a call, the scheduling is handled by Cal.com, which collects your name, email, and chosen time to confirm the booking.
Where we enter into an agreement such as a non-disclosure agreement, we hold a copy of that agreement and the information it contains as part of the working record.
We also collect limited, anonymous usage data through Google Analytics.

The lawful basis depends on the stage. When you first make contact, it is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to and managing genuine business enquiries. Once we agree to work together, processing your data to prepare proposals, run an audit, and deliver the work is necessary for the performance of that contract.
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. It is handled only by the services we rely on to run the business:
Each of these processes data on our behalf under their own data protection terms. Their servers are based in the United States, which means your information is stored and processed there.
Because the services we use store data on servers in the United States, personal information collected from visitors in the UK and EU is transferred outside the UK and European Economic Area.
Where this happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the data-transfer terms the providers have in place, so that your data receives a comparable level of protection to that required under UK GDPR.
We keep enquiry data for up to 60 months from your last contact with us, so we can manage the relationship and any follow-up. After that it is removed. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the page, such as how many people visit and which pages they view. This relies on cookies that collect anonymous, aggregated information. It does not identify you personally.
