Gas furnace installation and replacement across our service area. Manual J load calculation, gas line work included, permits pulled — and backed by a 10-year parts and labor warranty.
Our installation price covers everything from load calculation to final inspection — including gas line work that other companies charge separately.
We calculate your home's exact heating load before recommending a furnace size. An oversized furnace short-cycles and wears out early. An undersized one can't keep up on cold nights. We size it right.
If your existing gas line needs to be extended, upsized, or re-routed for the new furnace, we handle it. Other companies quote this separately — we include it in your flat-rate price.
Gas appliance installations require a city permit and safety inspection. We pull the permit, schedule the inspection, and ensure the install passes code — no extra charge.
We remove your old furnace and dispose of it properly. You won't have an old unit sitting in your garage waiting for bulky trash day.
We run a full startup including combustion analysis and carbon monoxide testing — making sure your new furnace is burning cleanly and safely before we call the job done.
We install all types and will recommend the right fit for your home size, utility costs, and comfort priorities — not the most expensive option.
80% AFUE. The workhorse of residential furnaces — proven reliability, lower upfront cost, and widely available parts.
96%+ AFUE. More of the fuel becomes heat — less goes out the flue. Lower monthly bills, qualifying for federal tax credits.
Variable capacity operation — runs at lower output most of the time, ramping up only when needed. Maximum comfort and efficiency.
We know you can't wait forever when your heat is out. Here's exactly what our installation process looks like.
We measure your home, evaluate your gas line and ductwork, and run a Manual J calculation. You'll have a written flat-rate quote same day — usually within 2–3 hours of our visit.
We present 2–3 furnace options at different price points. Standard efficiency, high efficiency, two-stage — we explain the differences clearly so you can make the right call for your home.
Two-technician crew arrives on time with the equipment. Most furnace replacements complete in 4–6 hours. Gas line work, new venting, thermostat programming — all handled same day.
Full combustion analysis, CO test, airflow check. City inspector signs off. We walk you through the new system and hand you your warranty documents before we leave.
No surprises. The price we quote is the price you pay — including gas line work, permits, and disposal.

Straight answers to what local homeowners ask most before getting a new furnace.
A 60-minute in-home visit gives us everything we need to make the right recommendation for your home — at no cost to you.
Schedule Free EstimateMost straight furnace replacements take 4–6 hours with a two-technician crew. If gas line work, new venting, or duct modifications are needed, plan for 6–8 hours. We'll give you an accurate time estimate after our in-home assessment.
Furnace sizing is determined by a Manual J load calculation — not by matching your old system's BTU rating. We measure your home's square footage, ceiling height, insulation, window area, and orientation. An oversized furnace short-cycles and creates humidity problems. An undersized one struggles on cold nights. We always calculate the right size.
In milder winter climates, the payback period is longer than in northern climates — typically 7–10 years depending on gas prices and usage. However, high-efficiency systems also qualify for federal tax credits (up to 30%, up to $600 for furnaces) which shortens the payback significantly. We'll walk you through the numbers during your estimate so you can make the right call for your situation.
If your AC is within 2–3 years of your furnace's age, often yes — you save on labor by doing it together, and you avoid mismatched efficiency ratings. If your AC has years of life left, replacing just the furnace may make more sense. We'll give you an honest recommendation based on the actual age and condition of both systems.
Not always, but often. High-efficiency and two-stage furnaces require a compatible thermostat — your old thermostat may not communicate correctly with the new system. We include a new compatible thermostat in our installations when needed, and we program it fully before we leave.
We install Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Rheem, Goodman, and American Standard. We recommend the brand and model that best fits your home and budget — not the one with the best contractor margin. During your estimate we'll present 2–3 options at different price points so you can choose.
"Our 20-year-old furnace finally gave out. HVAC Services Demo came for the estimate on Tuesday morning and had a new high-efficiency Carrier installed by Thursday afternoon. The crew was professional, explained everything, and cleaned up completely. The written quote matched the final invoice exactly."
"Marcus came out personally for the estimate and walked us through three different options without any pressure. We went with a two-stage Lennox and couldn't be happier — quieter, more even heat, and our gas bill dropped noticeably. The 10-year warranty sealed the deal."
"We needed a new gas line run as part of our furnace installation — other companies quoted it separately. HVAC Services Demo included it in the original price, no surprises. They handled the city permit and inspection too. Everything was done in one day. Five stars, absolutely recommend."
