Full system replacements and new installations across our service area. We size your system properly, pull all permits, and back it with a 10-year parts and labor warranty.
We install all major HVAC brands and will recommend the best fit for your home, budget, and our area's climate demands — not just the brand with the best margin.
Industry benchmark for reliability. Inventor of modern air conditioning.
"Hard to stop a Trane" — built for extreme Texas summers.
Highest efficiency ratings available. Quietest operation in class.
Best-in-class ductless systems for additions, garages & sunrooms.
American-made reliability at a price point that makes sense.
We recommend based on your home, not our margins. After our in-home assessment (Manual J load calculation), we'll present 2–3 options at different price points so you can make the right decision for your family. We never upsell a system larger or more expensive than your home needs.
Our installation price covers everything — not just the equipment. Here's what every HVAC Services Demo installation includes.
We properly size every system using ACCA Manual J — not guesswork. An oversized system short-cycles and an undersized one never keeps up. We get it right the first time.
Every installation requires a city permit. We handle the paperwork, schedule the inspection, and make sure your installation passes — no extra charge.
We remove your old system, handle refrigerant reclamation per EPA 608 regulations, and dispose of everything properly. No pile of old equipment left in your yard.
After installation we run a full system startup: check refrigerant charge, airflow, static pressure, and thermostat calibration. You get a completed commissioning report.
A new system is only as good as your duct system. We inspect all accessible ductwork and seal any leaks we find — at no extra charge.
Most installations complete in a single day. Here's exactly what to expect from estimate to commissioning.
A NATE-certified tech visits your home, measures every room, calculates your exact load, and inspects your existing ductwork and electrical. Usually 60–90 minutes.
You receive a written flat-rate proposal with 2–3 system options at different price points — same day in most cases. No pressure, no upsell.
Our two-technician crew arrives on time with all equipment. Most residential installs complete in 4–8 hours. We protect your floors, clean up completely, and keep noise to a minimum.
We run a full commissioning test, walk you through your new system, show you the thermostat programming, and hand you your warranty documents before we leave.
A new system is a big investment. We partner with two lenders so you have real options — from 12 months interest-free to 84-month low payment plans.
Pay nothing in interest if you pay in full within 12 months. Great option if you want the better system now and the time to pay it off.
Spread payments over up to 7 years at a fixed rate. Turn a large upfront cost into a predictable monthly payment that fits your budget.
The Inflation Reduction Act offers a 30% federal tax credit (up to $2,000) on qualifying high-efficiency heat pumps and HVAC systems installed in 2024–2032.
Every HVAC Services Demo installation is backed by layered warranty coverage — manufacturer parts, HVAC Services Demo labor, and our satisfaction guarantee.
All major brands we install offer 10-year registered parts warranties. We register every system on your behalf before we leave — no forms for you to fill out.
If anything goes wrong with our installation workmanship in 10 years, we come back and fix it at no charge. No other local HVAC company matches this.
If your new system doesn't meet the performance we promised in year one, we'll make it right — including resizing or replacing the system at our expense.
The price we quote is the price you pay. We never add charges once work begins — for any reason.

Straight answers to the questions we hear most during in-home estimates.
Our install team is available by phone or chat to walk you through anything before you commit to a single thing.
Call (555) 010-0100Most residential replacements take 4–8 hours with a two-technician crew. A straight condenser swap is closer to 4 hours; a full system replacement including air handler is more like 6–8 hours. We'll give you a specific time estimate during your in-home assessment.
Yes — someone 18 or older needs to be home the entire day. We need access to your thermostat, air handler, and electrical panel. We'll also do a walk-through and sign-off with you when we're done.
Sizing is determined by a Manual J load calculation — not by matching your old system's tonnage. We measure your home's square footage, insulation, window area, orientation, and other factors to calculate the exact right size. An oversized system is just as problematic as an undersized one.
Sometimes — but we'll be honest with you about whether it makes sense. If your air handler is over 10 years old or uses older refrigerant, mismatching components can void your warranty and reduce efficiency. We'll evaluate your existing equipment and give you an honest recommendation.
Not at all. We pull the permit, coordinate the inspection, and make sure the install passes city code — all included in your price. You'll receive documentation showing the permitted and inspected installation, which is important for home resale.
A regular AC only cools. A heat pump cools in summer and reverses to heat in winter — making it an all-in-one system. In mild winters, a heat pump is typically more efficient than a gas furnace for heating. We'll walk you through which makes more sense for your home and utility rates during your estimate.
"Our 16-year-old system finally gave out in July. HVAC Services Demo had someone out for an estimate the same day and installed a new Carrier system two days later. The price was exactly what they quoted. The crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves — you'd never know they were here."
"Marcus came out himself for our estimate and spent nearly two hours going through every room. He explained everything clearly — why he recommended a heat pump, what the difference in utility costs would be, and what the financing would look like. No pressure. Installation was flawless."
"We used HVAC Services Demo for our new home addition — they installed a mini-split for the sunroom and extended the main system to two new bedrooms. The coordination was seamless, they worked around the other contractors, and the commissioning was thorough. Absolutely would use them again."
