I'm not here to sell you AI. I'm here to help you figure out where AI actually belongs in your business.
Most founders are overwhelmed by AI tools, consultants, and noise. I've spent the last two years deep inside this space, using it, building with it, and working out what's real and what's hype. I help founders cut through it.

What I Bring to the AI Conversation
35+ years of commercial judgement
I know what breaks businesses, what fixes them, and what's a waste of time. AI doesn't change that. It amplifies it. What a business needs isn't someone who can build AI. It's someone who can tell them where it actually belongs. That's the call I'm uniquely qualified to make.
I build with AI every day
Not theoretically. Not in slide decks. I run an entire consultancy using AI-powered tools I've built myself. CRM, admin dashboard, client portal, outbound workflows, proposal engine, diagnostic tools. All built with AI. All running live. All used daily. I know what works because I use it.
I work with specialists on technical build
I'm not a developer and I don't pretend to be. When implementation is needed, I bring in technical partners who handle the code. My role is making sure the right thing gets built in the right place for the right reason, and that nothing is wasted.
The Three Traps I Keep Seeing
Founders get AI wrong in the same three ways, over and over. Here they are.
Automating the Wrong Thing
Adding AI to a broken process doesn't fix the process. It just breaks it faster, more expensively, and at scale. The problem isn't automation. It's that nobody asked whether the underlying workflow made sense in the first place.
Buying Tools Without a Use Case
Subscribing to six AI platforms because "everyone else is" costs real money and delivers zero leverage. Founders end up with high monthly AI spend and no measurable improvement in revenue, retention, or capacity. Tools don't create outcomes. Systems do.
Treating AI as a Strategy
AI is not a strategy. It's a capability. A business either has clear operational discipline or it doesn't. AI amplifies whichever one is already there. If the foundations are strong, AI makes them stronger. If they're weak, AI exposes the weakness louder and faster.
How I Bring AI Into Client Work
Three principles guide every AI recommendation I make.
1. Diagnose the business first
No AI recommendation gets made before I understand the full operational chain. Sales, handover, onboarding, retention. That's where the leverage points live. That's where AI earns its place, or doesn't.
2. Apply AI only where it creates real leverage
Most problems in most businesses don't need AI. They need cleaner systems, sharper SOPs, better handovers. I don't recommend AI for the sake of it. I recommend it where it genuinely compresses hours into minutes. Research, drafting, classification, pattern recognition.
3. Design around your team, not against them
AI should fit how your people actually work. If it adds friction, confusion, or babysitting, it's the wrong tool. Everything I bring into a business is designed to make the work easier, not harder.
Practical AI in My Own Work
I don't talk about AI theoretically. I use it every day inside my own consultancy. Here's what I've built, run, and refined.
Custom CRM built in Claude Code
Full outbound CRM, admin dashboard, client portal, command centre. Built entirely through natural language instructions. Running live. Used every day.
AI-powered sales workflow
Personalised call scripts, objection handlers, AI briefings, data collection prompts. All generated from prospect profiles in seconds. Hours of prep work compressed into minutes.
Automated email sequences
Outbound sequences, templated generation, bulk email handling. Written and managed using the same tools I recommend to clients.
Diagnostic tools for client audits
Health check systems, audit scoring, pillar analysis. Real diagnostics, real scores, real recommendations. Powered by a mix of AI and structured operational judgement.
I don't just talk about AI. I build with it, test with it, and know what works and what doesn't. That's the perspective I bring to every client engagement.
