How long does the Founders Audit take?
The audit typically runs over 20 to 30 days. We agree on boundaries and approach prior to engagement and the audit progress will be updated in your online Client Area throughout. You get a clear written report at the end. What it takes from you and your team is honest answers, transparency and a willingness from you as the founder to hear the truth about what is actually happening.
Do I have to commit to all four phases?
No. The Discovery Call works out what you actually need. Some businesses need the full sequence. Others need something more focused. We agree the scope before anything starts.
