I have spent thirty-five years inside founder-led businesses across the UK, US, Canada, and Asia. I built and scaled my own BPO from 2 staff to 120 and designed the systems it ran on myself. I have run paid audit-to-implementation engagements, led sales operations of 750 people, and steadied a SaaS business through to a clean acquisition. Same job every time: read the business, find the breaks, build the chain that holds. I also work with a small number of nonprofit leaders on the same operational problems.

The Audit

Starts at $500 · depending on scope of work

Once the audit proposal and NDAs have been finalised, I will conduct the audit within the agreed scope of work. I apply a simple framework to explore internal workflows across data, people, process, and technology. I work respectfully with your team, learn more about what is broken and causing friction, and how we can improve. After the audit, I provide a practical written report: what's broken, why, the impact, and a clear list of what to fix first.

Execution Sprint

If you choose to move forward with an execution sprint, it's heads down for 30 to 60 days. I work alongside you and your team. Listening first, respecting what they have built, and helping them fix the priority breaks. They keep ownership, which builds real buy-in. The result: efficient workflows built to scale and a team that knows how to keep them running. Regarding pricing, there will be no surprises, because this is part of our discussion during the discovery call.
